Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for cancelations. Providing more than 72 hours notice frees clients of any financial obligation for the missed appointment. ​ * Less than 72 hour notice of a cancellation/reschedule request will result in providing a rebooking free equal to 50% of the reserved service in order to reschedule.  ​ * No shows will be charged a rebooking fee of 100% of the reserved service amount, which will need to be paid in full prior to scheduling a new appointment.  ​
