Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules sometimes change. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and respect everyone’s time, we kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
Standard Notice

72+ hours: If you cancel or reschedule more than 72 hours before your appointment, there is no charge and your deposit (if applicable) will be applied to your future booking.
Late Cancellations

Less than 72 hours: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with fewer than 72 hours’ notice will require a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the reserved service in order to secure a new appointment time.

This fee helps us cover the time reserved exclusively for you and the loss of other booking opportunities.
No-Show Policy

Missed appointments: Clients who do not show up without any notice will be charged a rebooking fee equal to 100% of the reserved service amount, which must be paid in full before scheduling another appointment.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

Our Grace Period

We provide a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.

If you anticipate being late, please call or text us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Late Fees

After the 10-minute grace period, a $15 late fee will be applied for every additional 5 minutes you are delayed.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service, and your appointment may be considered a no-show in accordance with our cancellation policy.
