Cancelation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for cancelations. Providing more than 72 hours notice frees clients of any financial obligation for the missed appointment.
* Less than 72 hour notice of a cancellation/reschedule request will result in providing a rebooking free equal to 50% of the reserved service in order to reschedule.
* No shows will be charged a rebooking fee of 100% of the reserved service amount, which will need to be paid in full prior to scheduling a new appointment.
Reservation Policy
A non-refundable retainer is required in order to reserve an appointment.
* This non-refundable retaine will be required to hold the appointment.
* The amount is 50% of the estimated service price of the appointment.
* The deposit is applied to the final ticket cost of the appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. However , we maintain high standards and respect the time of all of our clients. We have a 10 minute grace period , after the 10 minute grace version we will charge $15 dollars per every 5 minutes of late arrivals.
