Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for cancelations. Providing more than 72 hours notice frees clients of any financial obligation for the missed appointment.
* Less than 72 hour notice of a cancellation/reschedule request will result in providing a rebooking free equal to 50% of the reserved service in order to reschedule.
* No shows will be charged a rebooking fee of 100% of the reserved service amount, which will need to be paid in full prior to scheduling a new appointment.

Reservation Policy
A non-refundable deposit may be required in order to reserve a New Guest appointment and/or an appointment requiring/long duration services.
* If requested, this non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the appointment.
* The amount is 25% of the estimated service price of the appointment.
* The deposit is applied to the final ticket cost of the appointment.
* Deposit appointments require 7 Business Days notice for any rescheduling request; less than 7 days notice will result in a forfeit deposit and new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.
Late Arrival
We understand late arrivals happen, and when we are able, Glam & Glō Squad will attempt to accommodate as best as we can.
However, in order to respect every client's time, an arrival of 15 minutes or later that the scheduled appointment time will result in the need to reschedule your services and late cancellation will apply.
Adjustment Policy
Glam & Glō Squad strikes for every client to be 100% satisfied with their outcome 100% of the time. If your new look does not meet the parameters of the outcome both parties agreed upon during the consultation:
*Glam & Glō Squad does not offer refunds for any service provided.
* Glam & Glō Squad will honor adjustments requested for the allotted time of the appointment time frame.
