Covid Policies

Your health and safety at Glam & Glō Squad's top priority.

Guest Expectations

* if you meet any of the following criteria, your apartment will need to be rescheduled WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

* if you've been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid within the past seven days ( even if both parties were masks, regardless of vaccination status)

* if you've been in contact with someone who has Covid like symptoms-- including "just a respiratory cold" --within the past seven days ( even if both parties were mast, regardless of vaccination status).

* if you've personally tested positive for Covid ( with or without symptoms) within the past 14 days.

* if you're living with someone who has tested positive for Covid but they are asymptomatic ( regardless of your vaccination status).

* if you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 10 days

* if you have pending COVID-19 test results

* if you have been in an airplane within the past 14 days regardless of vaccination status

* if you have traveled outside of state within the past 14 days regardless of vaccination status.

If you meet any of the above criteria, please email Glam & Glō Squad as soon as possible to reschedule. Our rescheduling policy continues to be suspended for any Covid related reason.

Due to the rising cases of COVID-19 and its variance in Oregon, the following restrictions have been re-implemented:

* please arrive to the appointment alone. No other people will be allowed into the studio other than the guest receiving services at this time.

* masks must be worn for the duration of the appointment in order to receive services regardless of vaccination status. And 95 or KN 95 masks are strongly recommended, light surgical masks are available for anyone needing a mask.

* Glam & Glō Squad cannot avoid the possibility of face coverings becoming wet, damaged, and/or discolored. By consenting to the service, guests are consenting to possible face mask damage and/or discoloration.

* Beverages and snacks are suspended at this time so that masks can remain in place for the duration of the appointment.

Glam & Glō Expectations:

* Staff will be adhering to the same above Covid exposure guidelines/expetations that we are asking of our guests.

* Staff will be wearing KN-95 masks at all times

* Studio space will be cleaned and disinfected between each guest.

* Stall will disinfect all POS systems prior to guest use as well as directly after guest use.

Please be aware that I may be notified of my own Covid exposure with very little notice before your appointment and will need to reschedule your session-- and that due to scheduling ( or illness) issues, this rescheduled date may be less immediate that either one of us would prefer. 

Glam & Glō apologizes in advance for any frustration this may cause.
